- Tips — When you pay, the sheet offers to round up to the nearest $10 or $20, and anything over what you owe is recorded as a tip. A tip never counts toward your balance; “make it a credit instead” is there if you meant to prepay.
- One pay sheet — Paying is a single sheet: set the amount, pick how you paid, and if it’s Venmo the app opens Venmo with that total. On return, confirm Yes or Not yet. Pods with more than one nanny get a row per nanny.
- Ledger details — Every row in the billing ledger opens a detail sheet: a payment leads with what you paid, “$510.00 · incl. $10.00 tip”, and a session shows its hours and rate breakdown.
- Nannies see tips — Tapping a paid row on payday opens that payment with its tip line, and the “Everyone’s paid up” push adds the week’s total tips.
