- Situation first — Sign-up opens with a question about the family’s situation rather than a role: a nanny share to set up, an invite to one, or a wish to be matched. Each answer leads to its own short path.
- Set up, then invite — Build the family, set up the nanny, add another family, and text each invite from a hub that shows what is left. The share gets a name, suggested from the street.
- Family names — Families are named after their lead parent (“Maya’s family”). Kid birthdays are optional and ages show in words; birthdates are never displayed.
- Forms that fit — A bottom sheet for a small edit like a person or a kid, a full screen for anything with address search or more than a few fields.
- Money fields — Rates are whole dollars, Venmo handles get the @ added, and payment is weekly, matching how billing works.
