- Nanny profile up front — An admin can set up the nanny by phone number: name, rates, how many kids at once, and an optional bio. She can be assigned to sessions right away, and her first sign-in with that number claims the profile.
- Rates per kid — Rates are entered per kid, with a running total as you go.
- Assigned means working — An assigned nanny is on the session. The separate RSVP and awaiting-confirmation step is gone.
- Managing the nanny — Admins can edit or remove a nanny who has not signed in yet, and assign or swap the nanny on a session with a tap on its nanny tile.
