- What each family owes — Billing works out each family’s share from the sessions that actually happened. Time is sliced whenever a kid arrives or leaves, and the shares add up to exactly what the nanny earns.
- Balance card — Parents see paid up, balance due, overdue, or credit, and can expand any charge to see the math slice by slice.
- Recording payments — Payments are logged in the app with a hand-off to Venmo. A wrong one can be removed, and the ledger corrects itself with a new entry, so past weeks never change.
- The nanny’s view — Her own Billing home: what she will receive this week, what is outstanding, and which families are paid up.
- Admin view — Pod admins can open any family’s balance and add a charge or a credit adjustment.
